Got to agree with you there Ratters.... I'm well surprised he's gone to Hull on a long contract? Was a decent player back in 2007 in the Championship but I wouldn't swap either of our halves for him.

doubt luke robinson will move, maybe scott grix though but cannot see tickle going from hull fc, surely he would go to a top 8 club.

Dont think there is any doubt that Tickle would be happy to come to us, where there appears to be doubt is whether Hull are prepared to sell him for an acceptable fee. Things may loosen up a little when Hull are able to announce a few decent signings of their own! Allegedly Robinson asked for the same deal as Brown, which we are supposed to have declined, so this is supposed to have stopped things in their tracks, but its hard to know what is really going on behind the scenes. If we had signed all the players we were linked with for this season we would have a first team squad of 60 and have bust the cap by a couple of million! Grix as you say is a more realistic target, since he has been with us in the Championship, but again i will wait to hear something more concrete.
