She's trying to save her playing field from Redrow Builders and collusion at WBC planning.

If you would like so support her please "Like" and post an update on your Facebook.

She is trying to get enough support to put pressure on the Planning Committee.

No doubt its a very valid and worthy cause.

Although I highly suspect that your girl is no match for WBC and its corporate partners.

Best of luck.

Never thought I would see the day where 71 would promote resistance to capitalist force.

It is indeed, a funny old world.
Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

I'd rather have a new development built in my front garden than have a Facebook account.

After the shameful collusion exhibited by the council to close Woolston High, I'm all for raging against the underhanded WBC machine. However, as stated above, I'd rather have unnecessary surgery sans anaesthetic than possess a Facebook account.

Further means of protest are required.

I guess if sufficient people like it and perform the call to action to object to WBC Planning then the planning permission may be denied.

Hardly anyone in Culcheth knows of the development due to the underhand way in which Redrow issued the planning notice on the jubilee weekend and only posted leaflets to a few houses and not all those affected. So it may raise awareness.

They also want to build on land that is deemed an explosive risk by Orica (they store explosives less than 1/4 mile away) and Orica are already in breach of safety by the HSE.
