Mullally, currently at Haven, is a major signing and also probably was helped re Kevin Brown going in opposite direction

Walker has a bad agent & by all means could end up retiring as no money in the sport

Ferres is indeed signed up

Tommy Lee & Scott Moore fighting it out for our 1 space in hooker role next year

The 2 key players at Bradford (Whitehead & Bateman) are Warrington bound

If I was looking at any of the halves at Bulls, I'd look towards Gale. Crookes could be worth a look also plus Scruton always looked the real deal at Leeds/Hull previously

crookes already signed for hull

Reality Check:-

Sammut isn't good enough if we are ever gonna do owt, stand off is a major position and we need a proper class player to compliment Broughy.

Not seen much of Gale so can't comment, things in his favour are he is young and he is English, Grix ain't a standoff and if cant get anyone else just yet we could do worse than giving Briers a season, least he still has it upstairs and has the win at all costs mentality needed.

Scruton isn't good enough and wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. Need to get nasty, aggressive mobile prop forwards, mason hasn't had the chance this season and Brown has stifled his aggression too much, we are too soft at the moment.

Getting Lunt back is a must and he is a hooker not back row forward, Tommy Lee is worth another year IMO.

To sum up, next season we need aggression a plenty, big fast mobile aggressive pack, Broughy and a top class standoff pulling the strings with Eden chiming into the line at regular intervals. Wardle and Cudjoe(a confident Cudjoe) in the centres and George and Jerry scoring for fun out wide.

Let's not sign lots of mediocre players, let's sign 1,2 or 3 top class players.

think mullally will be a good signing in the prop department for us... widnes were desperate to hold onto him.

ferres seems like a pretty average player...guess it counts for him that hes english and young which is what the giants want.

tough to choose between moore and lee at the moment, looks like lunt wont be returning (more space in the cap!)

DONT LET ROBINSON GO ANYWHERE.... good job widnes told him to forget the kev brown deal!

no probs fella --such an array of motivating hookers -its fine to release him to one of our rivals !
and the space in the cap aint no use if it isnt used wisely so once again - watch this space !
In reality you win matches with players on the park - not money in the bank

I wish people would stop thinking there is cash left in the salary cap. Please remember that a lot of our players have been receiving long term improved deals for them to stay
