So a club cutting its spending to pay off debts and not spending what they dont have is discribed as being "appalling" by you.

WOW. You must think that Bradford are the best run club in the world by your standards then.

Some people still just don't get it

Maybe Halifax should have fleeced it's suppliers like Bradford, Wakey & Crusaders?
Maybe Halifax should not have asked for bucket collections before the poop hit the fan and should have ..... well..... let the poop hit the fan. It seems the best policy today is to say actually, f**k it - let's spend to the hilt like a chav bitch with a pay day loan and balls to the consequences.

Having read the guff, the bullcrap and lies about Super League's sustainability i am convinced now more than ever that Halifax should steer well clear of SL.

Maybe its just evidence that Halifax cant function as an SL club.

Bring back the Steampigs!

Should have folded last year, then they could have "merged" with Crusaders and got a 1million handout from the RFL!

Minor point of pedantry - when Andrew Glover bought WTW out of admin, he chose to pay a significant number of the clubs creditors who would otherwise have lost out.

A small issue, but it feels important.

It seems that there are several SL clubs that can't function as SL clubs. :CURTAIN:

Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.

Anyone remember what happened to Blue Sox creditors when they exited administration? Were they paid 100% of what they were owed?

Hopefully next year we'll overspend, forget to bring our kit and knock our new stand down.

Will that help fit into the "club"?
