Young? - Tick Off contract? - Tick Centre? - Tick One of England's best? - I would argue again, tick.
There really aren't many decent English outside backs off contract at the moment.
In the three years Jordan has played at Hull he has maybe only have a handful of decent games. He earned himself a chance of a new contract earlier this season with some good displays but since his hat trick against Hull KR has done very little. In fact almost seems like he is counting the days down til he moves to St Helens.
He'll be a good SL centre when fully developed but he should never step foot in the NRL, his defense just isn't good enough.

I don't see how you can argue that. Over his time with Hull he's generally been naff. He had a great 6 or 7 games near the start of this season, but the rest of the time he's not shone at all.
He's a strong guy - he can push off some tacklers and e backs himself near the opponent's tryline, but his defence if very poor. Shoots out of the line a lot but usually does not make a good tackle, and positioning isn't very strong which regularly leaves his winger exposed.
The fact that Tony Martin is higher in the pecking order than Turner at Hull should tell you a lot about him.

No, really? I'm shocked.
Champion of Portugal - 2003, 2004 Champion of UEFA Cup - 2003 Champion of Taça de Portugal - 2004 Champion of UEFA Champions League - 2004, 2010 Champion of England - 2005, 2006 Champion of FA Cup - 2007 Champion of Italy - 2009, 2010 Champion of Coppa Italia - 2010 Champion of Copa del Rey - 2011 Champion of Spain - 2012 Champion of Supercopa de España - 2012
Can't be true, we all know every NRL team has at least a dozen junior grade centres at least as good as Inglis should any of their first team be unavailable.

And your opinion has nothing to do with Turner signing for Saints
I think the Hull fans, who see him week in week out, are far better judges and they seem to think he is quite poor. Saints fans going on about Turner like he is a superstar is so reminicent of when they did the same about the signing of Shenton and we all know how poor he turned out.

I don't think you'll find many saying he's a superstar to be honest, for most the jury is out. It's a positive signing though, he has the physical attributes to be a fantastic player and Nathan Brown has worked wonders with the likes of Lawrence, Cudjoe, McGilvray, Eden etc. He might not end up a 'worldie' like a Greg Inglis or a Darrel Goulding, but he has potential.
As for Shenton, he's been very unlucky. He moved to Saints during a period of transition and suffered from the lack of creativity in our team. His form was improving last season, culminating in him being 15 minutes away from a Grand Final win, only for a snapped elbow to derail everything. That injury made the start to this season difficult for him and it's why Saints looked to shuffle him out for Turner to free up the room to sign Manu. It wouldn't surprise me to see Shenton's confidence boosted again at Cas, him get more ball and show the level of performance that made him first choice for England before his move to Saints.
