How can CC make the administrator sack Potter? He can't!

If CC is the Administrator's preferred buyer than CC will hold a lot of sway. Do it my way or I won't take it on, kinda thing.

Mmmm. Administrator is independent? Yes? Or no?

So he makes his (poop) decisions based on what he thinks is best for the creditors of the club? How is CC anything to do with that?

do you mean the administrator should be independent?? auditors are supposed to give an accurate reflection, they dont always do it. The police officer, cant be corrupt, hes a police officer.

And i would like to clarify, i am not suggesting corruption, but the stance that because he is the administrator he is independent seems naive.

If you look at the previous dealings between walker morris and the the said adminstrator, you wouldnt call the 2 totally independent.

He's not going to go tonight. There's no point. He would just get many questions about what happened today & what he's going to do with the players tomorrow.

After today's news do you think you need to ask what is going to happen tomorrow?

According to Sadler one of Caisley's Walker Morris colleagues was sat with Guilfoyle on Friday night.

the fact that potter has been asked to work for free doesnt say much either. it is conceivable that the handling of this matter may make it more likeley that mp would turn this generous offer down, having seen himself and his staff removed.

it also makes it easier if this is turned down and bn will happily do it for free

By those who were prepared to see.

Can CC be the buyer, or a director of the club, if he is a "players agent"??
Hope without planning is about as futile as waiting for a harvest without planting

i struggle to believe the administrator who says we are doing everything we can to avoid admin and missed out because we were 400k short. surely with an official offer for bateman, and interest in other players, this could have been raised, if that was the sole aim. one may conclude that avoiding admin wasnt the most important matter at hand

I wouldn't bother atteneding the meeting tonight. Save your petrol money.

Because whatever is going to happen with your club has already been decided.

And you the fans will be the last to find out. Your going to be dripfed info all this week.

CC writes BG a nice cheque at the end. Happy days.

a discrase.

Looking forward to the the "Guru's" justification of this.

The remote possibility of getting his job back at the Bulls. The end justifies the means.

I used to work for a Law department in my capacity as an Accountant and whilst I didn't have to have any training in Law I got a bit of a gist of the way they think.

CC is a solicitor I believe so will be well aquainted with procedures of what the Administrator can/has to do in these circumstances which will enable him to make the right moves (for his people) at the right time to minimise what he has to pay. As there doesn't seem to be a rival White Knight he will no doubt be able to work things very sweet for himself.
I suspect your poster Addeybull has a good working knowledge of what is going on and what is going to happen and why but is obviously unwilling/able to say
Amazing that in a big city like Bradford there is no one with money to step in as a local benefactor in appreciation for what the City has done for themselves. Shame
