Zeb Taia had one of his best games ever for Newcastle last night, showing he has completely recovered from his neck injury.

Knights prop Kade Snowden was injured early and coach Bennett decided to save Willie Mason for next weeks game and played him short minutes, so Zeb was asked to play 60 minutes of prop, which he did magnificently.

Vincent Duport, who is under contrat with us until 2013, could sign a two or three years extension in a few days.

Zeb Taia had another fantastic game yesterday. He played bench prop and ran 127 metres in 15 runs to lead the forward stats as the Knights steamrolled the more favoured Manly pack. Since switching to prop a few weeks ago he is one of the form players in the NRL.
