Colly2 has been very insightful in highlighting our problems in the centres. Part of the issue is the combination is never the same one week to the next - Powell simply doesn't have any idea who fits best into what position. He has no firm grasp of the problem, and can't find any solutions. I look forward to Rooster Booster's defence of coaches this week, perhaps this isn't part of their remit.
A centre in the second row, and an inexperienced centre not (yet) up to Super League standard on the bench! Meanwhile Ben Bolger is sitting in the stands!! Worse than that so is Lamont Bryan!! What has the guy done wrong? You know he can tackle and has bucket loads of enthusiasm. Will Lovell looks a prospect but not ready for 80 minutes, meanwhile JO'C is completely sapped of confidence in both attack and defence. I was so angry yesterday. A pedestrian Leeds outfit puts 50 on us. The club is an amateur shambles both on and off the field. I'm not fool enough to applaud a team beaten like this week in and week out off the field, but this is MY game and I will continue to turn up.
Enough's enough. As long as Powell stays in charge, I'm not going to waste my money going. Right now you can predict our results - we will score 10-12 points and concede 40+. Pathetic.

Counted approximately 10 morons in the West Stand clapping the team off at full time. Incredible.

Again to all the GF bashers. Someone else brought up attendance. He did nothing more than show the figure in a comparative light.
It's not Bashing, it is just so many of us are sick and tired of him repeating the same points over and over again and how he has all the answers, then telling us how good he is, I think we have got the point by now and even if we don't necessary agree with he has had his say.
Yes its so easy to fire bullets from thousands of miles away, all I wish GF would accept us mostly we are on the ground and know what is wrong, and don't need to be constantly lectured, I hold my hands up and admit that I do not see all the media or what is happening every week down on the ground and in London, except for what some friends send me and fortnightly or so visits.
I did not clap the team off as I was walking off to get on the road, but it is up to them!

GF would be making these points whether he was in Brentford or NZ. While I don't agree with everything he says give him credit for the passion he shows for the club.
Some on here seem to think everything is going to turn out alright. Personally, I'm not sure the club will recover from this season which has been an unmitigated disaster. The stats don't lie.
The point of posting the attendance as a positive was because it was the 2nd highest gate at The Stoop this year and 3rd highest 'home' turnout if the Gillingham game is included. I knew I should have added a smilie at the end as I thought that post may be twisted into something it wasn't

You pay to go and support the team how you want and I'll pay to support how I want, quite why the need to insult people like that for clapping the team off escapes me or is a desperate attempt to troll.

So you applauded the team off after that performance? It isn't an insult, personally I think those actions are moronic. As jaybs likes to say, that is my opinion, and you don't have to agree with it.

I don't agree with your opinion and posted as such, that's the idea of an open forum isn't it? Your view of people clapping the team off is the same as my view of people shouting 'tackle' and 'show some pride' week in week out for the whole of the match, I prefer to encourage rather than slate them but at the moment neither are working.
