Pryce would have probably scored all the chances which Gelling missed and yet still would get slated.

I agree. If Pryce was good at anything it was finishing off tries. Gelling really does need to start making the most of his attacking opportunities. He scores a few tries that not many other players could score yet also messes up opportunities that the vast majority of players would score from.

Not disagreeing with you, but i defy anybody to point out any other "Strengths" Pryce may have had. And i was one willing to give him a chance.

He is not, and never will be, a winger! My preference would have been King, although I have got to accept that he did not make the most of his opportunity earlier this season. Pat Richards would have scored a hat full this season.

He let's himself down time an time again with basic errors.

Murphy would get Gelling's wing spot against Wakey were it up to me.
Wigan vs Leeds finals aggregate score.

Wigan 178 - 64 Leeds

Wigan wins - 6 Leeds wins - 0

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum.

Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight!

Gelling has to be replaced.
I'd put Thornley on the wing to get him started in the first team.
Should we have problems at centre, like last night losing Daz, then he could switch to there. Hughes it not a replacement centre.
Murphy was excellent last night and I hope he gets another chance. I do doubt it though. Hope I'm wrong!
Gelling has had his chances and not taken them.
Time someone else was given the opportunity.

Sounds like he had a tough night last night which is a shame. I'm convinced he'll be a good player for us long term but certainly not on the wing. Also if Murphy has played as well as people are saying then he probably should get a crack on the wing. He's more of a natural to the position and will have that enthusiasm a youngster brings.

On a side note what happened to Goulding? Heard he went off but not heard what with. Fit for the semi?

SW said at the press conf that Goulding had "turned his ankle".
Wasn't asked anything further about the extent of the injury.

Goulding would be a massive miss. Hopefully he'll be ok.

Pre-injury Pat Richards would have. He's not the same player that won the MOS.
