If you werent there last night you missed a rite good do!

Luke Ambler did his first ever MC'ing role like a duck to water, Josh Barlow sang like an "Angel" Tony Abbott told us he did it "MY WAY". Jim Gannon and Des Clark were undoubted hits musically, Rob, Jim, Luke are obvious thinking of reforming "Cream"

The highlight of the night in the auction had to be Tony Abbott having foolishly agreeing to auction an hours drive in his new McCalaren sports car, then realising just what he had done, having to spend an outrageous amount to make sure no one won it but him!!

A Super Do. . Thanks to all the players who came sang and performed for their supper, thanks to the Supporters Trust particularly Linda Maureen and Sue,for being there on the night making it all happen, but also for having made sure it was a success particularly in the last week, Luke for his auction skills and for making us all laugh " (Leeds Rhinos are crap"!) Gibbo's french lads who's only english that they knew (having been taught by Gibbo) was "OH Hali Hali, Hal Hali Halifax"

But the big winners were the Under 18 and Under 23s who are so generously supported by the Trust by raising money from dos like this

So a really big "Thank You" on their behalf to everyone involved in such a success. . . it really is greatly appreciated.

Yes it was a rite good do, The Trust thanks all who attended, bought Auction Items & Raffle Tickets, to Luke who was a Star-watch out Pete-to the players who entered into the entertainment with great gusto, great to see Des and Gibbo again.
To Mike Riley and Luke for all their help in the last couple of weeks, to Tony for his input and a great Frank Sinatra take off,
To Linda for all her support, Sue for the Raffle, Hilda for sourcing auction items and Robin for the Karaoke and Disco.
It was great to have some of our Under 23's to join in the fun.
Once again thanks to you all for making a successful night, making £2700+ so the next £5000 payment is imminent.

Sounds like a good night was had by all!! It's always good to hear that people enjoyed themselves!! I started arranging the Bash in Jan/Feb and you always worry that people will enjoy what we have put together!!

I thought Casa would provide a fabulous venue and somewhere a bit different and I will certainly look to utilise them again!

Sorry I wasn't their to enjoy it but I got called to the Netherlands at short notice for work so was gutted I could sample the event!

Thanks to all my fellow Trust Board members especially Maureen, Linda and Hilda for ensuring it was a roaring success!!

Any feedback is much appreciated!!

Chris
