What makes you think anyone is worried?
Crude and slow Whino, your attack was no better than that of a clumsy child.

If Caisley does not ride into Odsal on his white horse to save the club then i will eat my hat, I would agree that his preffered option would be for no other interested parties forthcoming with the money before getting a great deal at the final hour

Depends what he, or any other purchaser considers a "great deal"
Buying into a business that is loosing £100.000 (AT LEAST) per month is not to my mind a great deal.
The cost of running a dilapidated stadium will increase together with the rent cost to the RFL.

Interesting. Please let it be true.

I don't care who it is to be honest.
I'll be the first to admit this is a bright but haunted age.

Unfortunately beggars can't be choosers so it doesn't really matter who it is. I hope for your sake someone comes in.

The thing that puzzles me about CC is why he didn't do a pre-pack? That way he could have guaranteed 100% ownership and at a minimal cost. There is no benefit to him waiting to see if someone else want's to bid????
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

I will freely admit that seeing Hood's name mentioned was a huge surprise to me. I have fully expected him to walk away and leave it to those who ousted him to sort the mess out. If it transpires that he DOES come back with a bid, and provided his proposals include being able to afford the support team and amount of resources that in some fields it seems clear he solely lacked, then he will go up very much in my estimation. And I guess Caisley's victory would be all the more pyrrhic. But it's all rumour only still, and it is not impossible that there might be other agendas at play yet.

End of the day, anyone who can give the club a future in the top flight gets my support. Why would anyone do otherwise?

If Hood feels he has unfinished business and comes forward to save the club, knowing he's already public enemy no 1, then that takes some kahunas!

He obviously feels he was unfairly ousted!

I guess we will really start to see who are real fans of the club!
