Green looked like he hurt his back with a try saving tackle on Meli

The two big guy's that dragged you back into the game tired towards the end (Mika and Paea)

Top game tonight

Very brave effort by the boys yet again. People won't say that Saints only beat us because of our injuries, but in reality, that was the case (including those in the match).

The REALLY annoying thing is the Bulls result. Can't even trust the pie eaters to do the business.

Even though points reductions for Bulls will help us, I want us to be in the top 8 on merit.

Ah well, the next few games are easier (what was the Warrington result again?!?!?!). Good grief.

What on earth are you talking about?

Rovers are nailed on certainties for the top 8. We'll be 7th at worst and Bradford & Hull will scrap for 8th.

Wait and see.
I couldn't hear the robin sing if not for you.

Must be something about St Helens and broken down buses, we were on the way there one night during the early eighties for a challenge cup game when we broke down a few miles outside of St Helens, fortunately there were plenty of passing coaches and mini buses who kindly stopped and gave us all a lift to the ground, we went on to win that game which incidently was the first win there for many years, the winger Garry Clark scoring the winning try.

yes and coming out of that game our coach was stoned by Manchester united fans we had to wait 4 hours for a new coach to turn up was at work next day has well :SHHH:

I was at that game. It was a Thursday night. Gary Prohm was immense that night. I also remember speaking to Zook Ema a day or so after the game . He said he spent the first few minutes of the game laughing to himself about a comment Watky made to Mal Meninga in a tackle and Meninga was really poor after that conversation.
