We've lost Jake Webster who had a dispensation and never counted on our overseas quota. So to bring in Cory Patterson we can only resign either Clinton or Mcdonnell who are out of contract as we only have one non federation trained spot left.

In brief we'll be one overseas player less at least next season. Possibly three if Galea and Lovegrove don't remain so It's silly to have a pop really unless you know the overseas/non fed rules.

You've got a good grasp on the rules, well done.

Hopefully resigning. Rumour is though that he could be off to Hull.

Some stats to back up hullman:

We have had 256 Australians/Kiwis play for the club since 2007.

8 of the 256 have however developed East Hull accents and therefore gained exemption.

In some areas of Craven Park, 'Waltzing Matilda' is sung instead of 'Red Red Robin'.

Rolf Harris has a framed 2008 Rovers away shirt hung up in his living room, signed by James Webster.

Neil Hudgell rides a kangaroo to work following his driving ban.

Paterson will not be quota but will be non-fed as he has a british passport. I am looking forward to hearing an Aussie/Scouse accent.

Also isn't Lovegrove Scottish?
