They have proved that they are yet again the team to beat and maybe this year they will win the lot based on how easily they have beaten us tonight and Leigh last week, who will stop them??? I can't see anybody myself not if they keep free of injuries and this form up they have hit their best at the right time and they have the best half back in baldy boy Finn by far.
Our year will hopefully be next year if Karl bites the bullet and bins our current half backs and gets some new ones in, why on earth did we give them both 2 year contracts???

We made them look good today. We were so pedestrian. KH went with the ploy to beat them up in the forwards but they outplayed us in every department. Do we have a plan B if we play them again? We have an intelligent coach and some good players so I think we can engineer a win against this team again this season (if we get the chance) but we'll have to play at our very best. We can be a better team.

I like your optimism mate, but how does this team play better with two average half backs???
I hope they prove me wrong but right now I don't think so one trick ponies comes to mind. take a leaf out of Finn's book lads please.

Nah mate it's the other way round they made us look what we are and that is average at the moment against this class of opposition.
We have been playing like this for the last few weeks but getting a result against lesser sides.
When was the last time we were held to 4 points?
That's not down to luck Fev defence never looked like being breached with our current attacking plays.
lets hope it gives us a kick up the back side and gets us playing again.

I'm sure we will be back mate and be there or there abouts and to be honest a lot of us thought and posted that it would take us longer in the run up to this season starting.
In that sense we have probably done better than expected and on the back of that got our hopes up beyong what was originally thought because we love our rugby and want Fax to be a top side.
At the end of the day we have lost 1 game tonight against the best side in the comp so it's not the end of rugby league in Halifax.
Sheffield up next and me and mine will be there.
Come on Fax get your heads up and well played Fev another top performance.

Fax did not play well. Fev did.

It is one game. Out of the 5 teams who will probably be in the top four all are capable of competing on their day with each other.

I think your bang on the money there, fax put 60 past us at por just a bad day at the office nothing more nothing less. This is a far better league than SL for me.

Oh and I don't think we will win the lot either, lot more twists and turns to come yet.

Have to agree with you there. To win the trophies we have to get by the top teams and all are capable of beating each other so it's not cut and dried. We are in with a chance though and that is all we can ask.
