Like it says last week was great news but we still have a very long way to go and we cant count our chickens just yet we are in a deep recession with little sign of improvement in the construction industry 2014 is a very long way away in this climate it will be no easy task to sell or rent out industrial units to fund the shortfall

My view is that those involved are pitching in with worst case scenario dates, so that we don't get the usual tutting if there is a short delay. As for the rest, I'm sure those involved know what they're doing and are fully aware of what has to be done, although there are seemingly a lot of experts just over the common who know better.

Put it this way, if it fails now, there will be some serious questions to be asked.

AFAIK there was nothing in the PI report that was new or suprising. We already knew the hurdles and hoops before we get the posts up. The one thing we had zero control over was the political decision, which has now gone in our favour. Lots of hard work and potential pitfalls ahead, but nothing that can't be done.

Just so the ghouls can keep tabs on us:

Submissions to SoS (s.106 etc.) D-47
Confirmation from SoS D-76
First game at NM D-961
