Agree with that - I didn't give initially as the shysters who caused the problem were still there. There should certainly be an investigation of what was going on but I doubt the RFL have the cojones

If those that donated money were to contact the Fraud Squd then they would be duty bound to launch a formal investigation, in fact, if HMRC decide to get really involved then the tax aaffairs of the Bulls (and their directors) could be investigated in great detail, I wouldn't be sleeping to well if I were one of the former directors.
I am paying Johnny Whiteley 0.000001p per decade to use his image, he's fine with it.

A report to CPS could come in from the BIS department (former DTI) could lead to criminal investigations

someone needs to make a complaint to trigger things, and then the whole house of cards would come crashing down, I doubt the RFL would come out of it well either.

If I put "Bradford Bulls Rugby League" into any credit reference agency the response would be "don't be silly, they have no money, no assets and run at a constant loss"

so no, no loans, gifts or anything else from the rest of SL.

Agree with all that.

What there should be is a criminal investigation for those poor individuals that have lost their (combined) £500k, and prosecutions of the individuals involved.

Problem is I doubt any investigation would get past the "if we hadn't been forced to resign we would have sorted it out" defence. Both the old and 'new' directors have ready-made excuses.

Plus there is a good chance that the £500k went exactly where they said it would - keeping the club afloat for a few more weeks. When your wages bill is £300k/month as reported in the press then £500k doesn't go very far.

£300k, i've seen as high as £5mill a year quoted. Makes you wonder what the off the pitch wages are for, bearing in mind players wages are capped at £137,500 per month

Just one of the questions that need answering. Problem is with the old directors and the new lot spending their time squabbling in public and throwing misinformation at each other I doubt the full truth will ever come out.
