Well I hope they do manage to get the new stadium sorted, always had a soft spot for Wakey. If only they had the resources to hold onto the talent that they produce.

There's also questions over funding too on top of that.
Yeah, what a hit in the guts...Wakey have 2 more points, a worse stadium and no planning permission on a new stadium
Give it a rest Gronk these guys live in the real world and can decide for themselves.
Lets start a forum just for Wakey fans, we can all back slap each other and not have anyone to tell us any different, i want to be the club puppy and make myself look stupid time and time again.

Gronk is still spreading bile about Wakey. A 106 agreement has to be signed by 15th August and sent to Secretary of State. This will include a timescale for the build. If everything is in order the S of S will sign off the project by 13th September. Andrew Glover is not like the last regime. It is Cas who are now playing catch-up!
Continue to support the new stadium at Newmarket Lane. You know it makes sense. Wakefields roller coaster ride continues in 2013.

We have (unanimous) Outline Planning Permission , so that is slightly misleading Gronky old chap, we now have what was stopping us from getting Full Planning Permision (the nod on the Public Inquiry) once we get to mid september and all the details are sorted we are on it like a car bonnet. Hows GH going, any further on than when you started 5 years ago? Even Dicky is looking to jump ship now, as well as the players, not looking good at the minute is it??

Most Fax fans I have spoken to like visiting Cas's ground, apart from the inadequate toilets and other facilities, but it is a great stadium for watching the game. Delusions of grandeur at RFL HQ in my opinion, who wants to stare at a pretty stadium full of empty seats for most of the season?
