Grix missed tackles again. Like him creatively but defensively he is a liability and just bounces off people - and opposition are obviously targeting him.

What dawned on me on Sunday is that he was probably the same last year but at full back was much less exposed , so this weakness was hidden.

Overall like him.

Think mason made a positive difference too despite early penalties. He drew penalties back late in game - and we looked a better balance with more umph in attack and aggression in D . Would also like to see Fairbanks back in for hull.
Run leroy , run !.... And he did - twice - and we partied hard...

grix was swatted off or rounded at full back last year too alot...i rememeber all too well :( but great under the high ball, safest pair of hands at the giants.

o'donnell is back for hull fc so prob wont see fairbank, he will prob play saturday for the reserves

think if brown is fit he has to play, important player for us with the way coach brown wants us to play hes a vital cog in the wheel.
