couldn't agree more maurice which would allow us to have that extra forward on't bench & as you said allowing Nico to play more often. Besick/Duffy could always move to LF when Nico's on't pitch too

I think next season is crucial that we have a 23's, in which PR can pick from. I think Josh Ward will be our next junior signing to go on and become a fans favourite.

Agreed, also I've been impressed with Pownall when I've seen him play at FB.

Well the reasoning behind this is Ryan is not a natural 7 and would have much more freedom to exploit his pace and abilities from fullback. McNally is a natural scrum half and has played there for the majority of his career. Having said that he is a great fullback too.
Duffs it seems will not be available every week and the changes suggested would speed up our back play.
Ryan played fullback at Don Valley in the NRC game.
