Point Three. We have dropped in regular posters this season, Fact!
Yep....we have less fans this season too as the weeks have gone by....
Long term fans have given up..........the club hve lost the plot....but we'll have the results of the review to look forward to, so that's something.

was watching an nfl doco. on one of their teams and they used the term bomb to describe those long high passes from quaterback to running back and i think gibson took that idea, realized you cant throw the ball forward in RL and adapted it to a "bomb" kick we have

Point One. The majority backed the change of name in a club poll, Fact!

Interesting....I thought the decision to change the name of the club was made by David Hughes and the fans were polled regarding potential names......do you have as link to any official story regarding the need for a name change being decided upon by a fans poll?
Are we having trouble tracking down a link to the FACT cove that you clearly stated was a FACT

'Morning Jaybs, I'd just like to inform you that the change in name (for whatever reason) having an effect on attendances was not my idea. A month or two ago, in a different thread, someone mentioned the possibility of a number of former Harlequin ST Holders not returning this year. I hadn't thought about it up until then, but the theory matched my East Stand experiences as mentioned earlier. Where do we go from here?

2,783 is the average attendance for the London Broncos in 2012 with 5 games to go.
We were awarded a 3yr licence with the warning that we needed to do something about the crap attendances at the Stoop.....39 home games to get the averages up from 3,100.
We have had 20% of those 39 home games......we have lost 11% of our fan base
Blame Powell, Blame the ex-marketing Manager, Blame the CEO, Blame the Chairman, Blame the Re-Brand or Blame me if you like.....guess what?

Like the new dimension of colour! perhaps this is what the club is missing in it's emails and postings? have you suggested or advised them?
Sorry I had not responded, but unfortunately my life does not rotate around the internet and the forum, I have other things I want to do not sat at a laptop 24/7
The FACT is the poll selected to return to the original name of LONDON BRONCOS, whatever we may think majority tends to confirm a decision, often choices are made in life that I may not agree with, but I was a kid when I last used to want to take my ball home with me, if I didn't get my own way! Just can't understand why we can't move on instead of debating it over and over again, it has happened that is it! Personally I never liked being London Crusaders and the stupid Daily Express type logo, but I accepted it.

Whoevers idea/fault it is that we are London Broncos now really doesn't matter....we are where we are and we aren't going to revert back to Quins anytime soon (why would a successful club like Quins want to be associated with a failing one like ours anyway?).
The number of people posting on this site seems down to me. Posters such as PTB have disappeared completely and others like Gob, Stevel and Big G rarely post anything (Bring back Albert Rosenfeld)
I think there is general apathy setting in because of yet another crap year on the pitch, plus there really isn't much to say now the play-offs are gone. Furthermore, I do think a lot of stuff on here is tedious in the extreme...so much waffle about marketing and attendances that I find a complete turn-off.
Please can talk about something interesting like potatoes?
Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 - Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader. Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward. Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I? Update on Quins Mogs :- Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo. Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas. Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9. Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.

Did you get anything to replace your Jersey Royals? Have you tried growing your own spuds? Dead easy and tastes so much better when the spuds you're eating have been taken from your own garden! You won't get fresher!
Well f**k my hat, I didn't know that!
Come all without, come all within, we're London Broncos not the H********s!

Thanks for the tip, Rob.
Haven't tried the Cornish pots from M & S yet.
The Jersey Royals are like London Broncos.............they continue to let us down!
