After watching Widnes play Wigan last night I'm even more concerned that we are going to get really embarressed next Monday by the bottom of the league.

They played with a fair bit of passion and showed some agression which are certainly two factors missing from our game in recent weeks. If you took Danny out of the performance against Salford there was nothing a to write home about and if we had been playing a team with any confidence last weekend at 40-6 we should have had 60 put on us.

Worrying times my friends but I hope and pray I'm proved wrong.

Let’s try something new... it’s called positivity!!!

Passion and aggression (on Widnes' part) will only get you so far, hence the 42 point defeat. Cas are not playing the best at present but have the habit of grinding out a win in this type of game. Widnes are also low on confidence so we should hopefully see a good game. With the announcement of improved signings for next year, I would imagine that the players will feel a lift and hopefully raise their game as time is running out for some.

The game of rugby league is won or lost by the slimmest of margins at times so rather than bag the players before they even take the field, why not try writing something positive as there were a couple to be taken from Sunday's defeat!!

cas should beat widnes by 20 points , anything else will be embarrasing ,widnes are a mid table championship team at present , but they are building and using the 3 year franchise system in the correct way , steady progression will see them on the verge of the top 8 by year 3.

Its called a plan , they are a good idea for businesses !!

We have no full back, possibility of no scrum half with Orr injured, no recognised centres, no first choice hooker and a huge cloud hanging over chase.

Widnes 30-16 Cas.

I reckon we should still beat widnes with a young squad. Also re the chase situation , i heard the initails MR mentioned the other day so nothing would shock me there !!

Location: On the wing at every club !
Nothing to lose by perhaps bringing Brierley into the equation and letting the lad have a run out for us.!!
The saying 'bent as a 9 bob note' has now been dropped.....corrected phrase is 'bent as the RFL!'

Not really, people are just judging him before knowing the story, no doubt he will play.
