A post on Halifax website has stated big news this week regarding super league next year. I know Wakefield only survived due to crusaders going belly up but I can't help thinking we haven't exactly stuck to our promises and with all the rumours and things going on behind the scenes it just doesn't luck good. I really hope I'm wrong

Totally made up rumour doing the rounds invented by a 'Fax supporter.

Who knows what will happen when the RFL are involved? If Halifax are allowed in ( I can't see it myself ) then the only team I could think of that would drop out would be Bradford. I don't believe this will be the case but as I have said already, you never know!

no it was not.

I think we'll survive for another season at least...if only because every time we look vulnerable somebody else manages to screw up even more spectacularly than us especially on the financial front eg London, Widnes, Crusaders, Wakefield and now Bradford who have rode into town just as RW's Last Chance saloon looked about ready to close. It does make you wonder whether we really can afford to lose someone that lucky

I think it could be news that Halifax (like Fev and more recently Leigh) will be launching a “destination Super league” promotion soon.

Scratch that. It might be Fax have been put on stand-by to replace Bulls ASAP. If Bulls go into liquidation someone will have to fill the gap.
