Lauitiiti is exempt from the Non-fed Trained Quotaas he was here before 2008, whether he counts on the Overseas Quota I'm not sure but I'd guess he is exempt.
For example Leeds have 4 overseas players in their squad - Webb, Leuluai, Delaney & Hauraki.
Webb & Leuluai don't count on the Non-Fed Trained for the same reason as Lauitiiti
And Leuluai also doesn't count on the Overseas Quota

So Leeds have an Overseas Quota of 3/5 with Webb, Delaney & Hauraki
And a Non-Fed Trained Quota of 2/5 of Delaney & Hauraki

Does Olivier Elima at the Bulls count as an overseas player ?

or is he considered 'ok' as he's from the EEC ?

No he won't count on either the Overseas Quota (as he is an EU citizen with an EU passport) or the Non-Fed Trained Quota as he is from and was developed at a club within the Federation so counts as a Federation trained player.

But you are right they're allowed.

Saints might hit double figures the way they're going.

I would take a team of Yorkshire accents and finish where we are; than import Lee Mitchells or Grant Millingtons at the expense of Massey, Holmes, Thompson.

Not having a pop at Millo, actually thought he was good yesterday and is starting to be a little bit more influencial. Was always going to take time to settle and get form and confidence back.

Think it would happen sure as day follows night - but it doesn't mean we should blindly retain every Cas lad as some seem to think.

Ideal worlds eh!

there are some good young lads being developed in France so I find it surprising more clubs haven't picked them up
