Dont we all think this naming, opening of the ground, walk to belle vue to newmarket talk is all abit premature, its still got to get built FFS.

Enjoy the fact that its passed but at this rate we'll soon be discussing the bathroom fittings in the new ground.

Lights in the bogs is a priority, I feel we ought to be discussing this now :)

On another point, who is the team that you feel we ought to play in our last game at BV and who the first at Newmarket?

I may be wrong (I usually am!) didn't we play at Warrington's new ground in their first league game?

Yep, last game at Wilderspool and first game at the HJ.
Lets start a forum just for Wakey fans, we can all back slap each other and not have anyone to tell us any different, i want to be the club puppy and make myself look stupid time and time again.

How about getting Paul Taylor to open it. Think possibly the shortest overseas career at bv of the last 30 years. Lasted 6 minutes I think?
I'm still laughing at Cas!!!

Last game at BV against Leeds in honor of my fave all time game at BV the willow stitches incident. As for the 1st at NM then it would have to be Cas.

My fave is the Oz game in 90 but as we can't play them I'm guessing then Leeds will have to do.

:HAND: I'd go for a 'safer' option, we'd never live it down if we lost to them first at our new ground!

They ought to say everyone that buys a season ticket for the first year there goes into a draw, the one person that's picked could then be the first person to kick a goal at our new stadium. I'd love to be able to boast that!
