You have proof? Not saying we haven't, just you seem pretty sure?
Hudgell says you did, in hdm, but I doubt it'll have been a big one. Pleased to get anything tbh.
Could go either way with him, though I'd be surprised if he didn't at least start well. Maintaining it has been his issue. I expect Hull have put some safeguards in his contract.
Always better to go earlier and on good terms - he'll always count as club-trained for us, and I'd have no objection to seeing him in Rovers colours again later in his career if he gets back on his early trajectory.

Not the best way to leave in my book; We got a fee for a knight squad member so thats good, stupid if we didnt get something from it.
But hes already talking on twitter about going out on the town with his cas boys, so his comment about "hard work from now" wasnt really true now was it. Also his comment about "i jumped at FC when they said they were interested" proves his amount of loyalty when KR stood by him so for me, no matter how much ability hes got hes a bad egg and im glad hes gone in a way.
Enjoy your time on the with Westerman and co. Another player that could have it all and is a waster.

Edit: Just seen the HDM article, that £10k looks far more realistic, given your chairmans "Hull were the only club to offer ANY money". Nice to be able to pay fees and eliminate the competition, I must say.
Yeah must big good to have the financial muscle to out do those Super League big boys, Wakefield.

At the moment as I see it fc are paying fees for players maybe even players that arnt going to be worth it, rovers have done it learnt they're lesson let pearson do it and see in a few years when his target of a 15,000 gate to break even isn't achievable sad times ahead duds I'm sure il get shot down for this

Why will you? FC fans are saying they have the financial clout but IMO they are in exactly the same position as us and many other clubs - aka not breaking even and not even getting close to break even attendances, with (Bradford aside) Salford look in the worst position even with a new stadium. Like you said Hudge has done it now Pearson is - certainly doesnt mean anything.
And my last point is wigan are very close to signing Soward after laughing off paying more then 300k for Chase; i know which player id rather have thats for sure. All clubs do it and it normally doesnt pay off (westerman) so i honestly dont get why people go on about money in RL.

As far as i am aware the only player in our squad that we paid a fee for was Josh Hodgson. £15000 from Hull. Very astute signing. We have undoubtedly paid some over-inflated wages though.

Totally overpaid I think one of the best signings this season is withers and hodgson is a grt player
Didn't we pay twenty grand for The Drighlington Dynamo?
