I`d like to add my congratulations to everyone too and I would like to thank Michael for his kind words for the Supporters Trust .It just goes to show what can be done if fans and everyone involved are prepared to go the extra mile. As a member of the Trust I am in awe of how many people still put their pledge money into the collection buckets two years or so on at every match. People who turn out and support all the events we have organised especially the walk to Keighley all have helped toward the money we hand over to the Club.
June 29th sees another social and our main fundraiser of the year the Summer Bash.Details about this are on another thread but we do still have just a few places left and we would be grateful of one or two more raffle prizes if anyone has some.
YOU CAN LEARN FROM THE PAST BUT NOT RELIVE IT.YOU CAN HOPE FOR THE FUTURE BUT CAN NEVER BE SURE THERE WILL BE ONE.

Seems like a massive achievement, must of been a hell of a task to pull that off but they've managed it. Thank-you and a massive well done to everyone at the club.

There is a downside to this unfortunately which is with the club turning a profit it does mean we will never meet criteria for SL.

Well done to everybody as it is not easy to keep posting a profit in a year which has seen the world in general struggling financially. Many local people have lost their jobs. The club have had to make some tough decisions and be honest about things. That probably cost us a SL place. But I know I would rather our club be well run than be living a lie and living in a dream world like Bradford and many other SL clubs who are in debt big time. SL is very much a house of cards thats going to come crashing down soon if things dont change. The good news is Halifax alongside others like Sheffield, Featherstone etc will not be caught up in clubs facing administration and possibly disappearing forever. Well done the club again and thanks not just for saving our club a few years ago but making sure its a well run club that has a positive future. Shame the RFL dont see this as important.

Well done to Mr Steele and everyone else involved. To make a profit whilst remaining the team to beat in the league is a great achievement.
Loving the hypocrisy of some.
