Why are you bothered? See above, you won't bring 300 let alone 3,000.
Additionally, it can't be 30% because that would mean the North stand at the KC would have to house 7,500.
The North stand isn't the only away allocation at the KC if necessary demand commands more. We can accommodate a 30% Away capacity if necessary with West Upper. In the majority of cases, the away support of any RL game isn't going to be 30% of any SL ground's capacity, and the RFL benchmark doesn't become an issue. Unless it's a really small capacity ground, like yours, then there could be a problem if away support demand is sufficient to warrant imposing the 30% rule (if it is one).
It's unlikely that demand will be anything like that for the derby, for the reasons you gave. But it would be interesting to see what would happen if Hull decided to command their share. You might have to give up your RM seats.

Pointless trolling question posed by PJBore, you've (FC) not come close to commanding 30% of our capacity, unlike us, of course. Travel in numbers we do.

No need to be sorry. Pjhoe was asking about the number of away allocated tickets. You answered that in the case of NCP this year it's 18% (17 and a bit, really). Pjhoe was inferring that there is a set amount that must be allocated under RFL rules, and I suggested 30% may the the number, as that was the amount they recommended Salford allocate to Away support when they were building their stadium.
Ah thanks, I never knew this. The only 30% away alloaction I can find (or be bothered to find) for Salford's new build is within the dissability section.
Policy for allocation of accessible seating for home and away supporters(recommendation is 30% for away supporters)
