Would you really want Tony Smith to be in charge at Wire?

Good shooting Sir!

Never mind about that. What about that run of 2 consecutive defeats at the end of last season? :D

Just for the record it was one defeat and we were the League Champions.

Whilst you have brought last season up I would like to mention that prior to our defeat on the 30th Sept we had not been beaten in the league before that since June.

But all that is in the past, this season we are 2nd in the League and in the Semi Finals of the Challenge Cup. We are in this position with the following all missing for part of the season and in some cases all of the season, Michael Monaghan, Myler, Solomona, Ratchford, Rhys Evans, Morley, Carvell, Ben Harrison, Simon Grix, Chris Bridge.

I am not 100% sure but I think only Ryan Atkins, Chris Riley, Trent and Lee Briers have remained injury free this season. How many teams could cope with only 4 out of their 17 not being injured at some point & be in the very strong position we currently are.

We have played 4 out of the current top six away and only lost to one of them. The following teams all have to play us at the HJ, Wigan, Huddersfield, Catalans & Hull.

Put that in your Pipe and Smoke it.

No, you finished top during the unbalanced regular rounds and received the league leaders shield. You weren't champions of anything.

Once Warrington win a Grand Final, they will join everyone else that has won one in mocking the hub cap.

The record says you are mistaken.
I'm not Jesus Christ, I've come to accept that now.

The events of Friday 30th September 2011 are seared in my memory and are not a laughing matter

Sad One is that the very best you can do, I have always held you in much higher esteem than your reply deserves. :o

...and what single word in what he said was untrue exactly? You won the square root of jack**** last season, have never been actual champions and are clinging onto the meaningless and pointless hubcab as consolation. Nothing wrong with that per se, but it doesn't alter the fact that you won nothing and have never yet been champions.
