I'm not sure if he's 'injured' per se, but Tuson had some light strapping on his ankle when I saw him at 9's tonight.

Spoke to him after the Leeds game and he seemed pretty confident that he would be back in August just in time for the Cup final should we get there.

I know that even before injuries Fielden maybe hasn't shown his best for Wigan, but I still find it sad how many people seem to completely forget just how good he was at his peak. I know at the Bulls he was in a dominant pack, but he shone for GB as well for a couple of years, where you could hardly say our pack was dominant.

It would be nice if he could get back on the field for next season at least and show some real form.

Agreed. Stuart Fielden is up there as one of the best props in the game over the last 20 years for me. I think his body has suffered over the couple of season as a result of all the 80 minute matches he played in his time before Wigan.
I really admire Fielden as a player and for consistency, he was up there with Morley and Peacock. I'm glad peacock got back from his injury and really hope big Stu can do the same.

He broke his leg v Wire U20's in March. He's back in training so would expect him to be playing soon.
