I believe that's only up to 50k and a certain number of players, so Huby will be one of them now.

It is up to a maximum of £50K or 50% if lower, and can only be applied for one player per team.

So a player with 10 years service on say £80k would be given a £40K allowance, and a player on £120K would be given a £50K allowance.
