It was Humberside who broke the news wasn't it , Mike white infact.

Yes on humberside this morning . Can see hull announcing it when it suits them , or do they need rovers permission first .

Would suspect if would have to suit both parties tbh, may not be announced until after Sept 1st.

I think you are correct

Humberside got in first and have opened up a right can of worms for his remaining time at KR, I bet he gets a rough ride on Friday night. Clearly any player moving between the two Hull clubs is very sensitive even more so now as we have yet to play the final derby match, its not going to help KR at all is it.

I think this post sums you up as a character. Flawed and thick.

Yes but at least our fans are classy enough not to boo them until they have actually gone  ...will be interesting to see what happens on Sky :D

Claimed in here that his deal would have made him one of the highest earners in the club

also

"We can't offer him anymore, we have pushed the boat out and if we are beaten to his signature I know it will take an astronomical offer, otherwise Willie will be losing money."

All the evidence suggests costs to me

I was referring to his latest quote since we're talking about new signings rather than players that have left. He specifically refers to value rather than cost. I take that as meaning that it's not a simple issue of finding the cash - player scarcity is a big factor.

I warn you not to be young
I warn you not to fall ill
I warn you not to get old.

Look guys, there has been pages of rhetoric since Hunmbersides announcement this morning the facts for me are pretty simple really. Either Mike White got things terribly wrong, which judging by the size of the announcement this morning is pretty unlikely, or the Clubs have got their heads together as the Chairman get on very well together and decided that they deny anything and everything until the season is over. That would suit Rovers who don't want a backlash from the fans against their current full back which could destabalise the team, and it would suit us because the player will not be getting the hassle until the season is over and he can officially join us. I have heard only that he is going back to Aus. but I can't disregard what Mike White said because he has been right before!
