So Lee Smith can't get into the squad when 10 players out on international duty and the first choice full back is out injured?

Should hope not based on his performances this season.

Its a bit of a strange one. I'd have thought on balance it'd have been better to rest a player but maybe that'll happen at the weekend

This is a huge night for McDermott, if he picks most if not all the 10 players who were on England duty and we end up losing then he is going to take an enormous battering for the decision.

Yup. Smith one of Leeds' many players who aren't difference makers who seem to be on the regular naughty step.

Along with:

Griff/Moore/Kirke/Macca/Wellar/Pitts/BJB etc.
Ryan Bailey (11/11/83) - The Most Feared Man In Super League

If he picks the 10 England players and we win, but look tired down the track, he should still take a battering for the decision, just as he should for doubling up players on Eater Monday (winning an anyway winnable game) but leaving key players looking spent in subsequent matches.

I thought McGuire was out injured but if he does play he might be at fb.

McGuire
BJb Ablett Hardaker hall
Sinfield Ward

JJB Delaney
Clarkson

Kylie Weller Burrow Griffin

If McGuire doesnt make it he may go:

Bailey Lunt JP
JJB Weller
