As I posted on Friday, David Nichols from the Wakefield Express has spoken to some 'sources' in Eric Pickles office and he has been told not to expect a decision until Tuesday!

Equally, Michael Taylor, the Senior Civil Servant looking after this case at the SoS doesn't work Monday's, so everything is pointing now to D-Day tomorrow.
