He's been overlooked for origin and I can't then see him getting picked for the national team in front of Shillington, Tamou, Hannant, Scott, Grant or Merrin. Plus they use Gallen at prop and Galloway didn't feature in the Anzac test match.

It's mainly a case of the player negotiates a release from his final year, but in theory yes, Wests could demand a fee.
