Whatever rugby league event it is,Magic weekend,Internationals,League games there is never a full ground,Why? Even with offers on there always half empty,Look at Langtree park tonight,I thought ST Helens was a hotbed of rugby league,Why isn't it full? there's a world cup next year,Other than people in rugby you'd have never known,Is it going to be embarresing TV games with nobody there again,I suspect so.What is the solution? All these so called hotbeds of rugby league ie Halifax,Feath etc and they get next to no crowd,I know we don't get good crowds but at least we don't preach about being an original club and we deserve a divine right to things just because we were here when it started.

England vs Australia four nations final at Elland Road was a sell out, it's down to the fixture. The crowd is never going to be good for an exiles game because it's an essentially pointless match.

Crowds will be ok at the RLWC, particularly England games.

I think the weather will have put off a lot of late decisions on wether to go or not. That and the backs of the stands at Langtree Park are open so the wind and rain can come right through. I have to say the game was boring and had no edge, so unless the weather bucks up I think the second game will also have a poor crowd.

They had billboard and bus advertising throughout Greater Manchester etc for the Exiles game. Club priorities tend to rule the day, but the Exiles 'concept' in particular is something that a lot of people (myself included) can't really relate to. Rangi Chase suddenly deciding he's English doesn't help matters either in terms of the credibility of international RL.

Watched 54 minutes before I turned it off. BORING!!!

Tickets were £18 which I don't think is much really. It's only £3 more than most Championship teams. I expected to see a better turn out than that.
