This Laithwaite situation is an odd one, but as long as we keep getting to play him then I'd prepared to put up with the uncertainty!

Because he's Warrington's player, and neither they nor HKR (the suggested beneficiaries of a loan deal) have actually said anything about James. As and when such a deal takes place, presumably Leigh and the RFL will find out.
