Can't believe there was 11k there. Looked half-empty. Capacity there is 18000.
Snorefest of a game, and I have my doubts about the whole concept of the exiles. Seemed too matey to me. It needs to be a lot more edgey if it is to catch on. Team mates - turned slightly miffed opponents.

What a terrible game.

Not helped by the complete lack of atmosphere.

Exactly my thoughts. In the second half when Tomkins knocked on under the posts Lauaki was there patting him on the shoulder. If anything he should of been up in his face winding him up.

Terrible game bring back Briscoe should never have been dropped - nothing wrong with his form for England.

Thought Charnley had done enough to get the nod before the game, but both wingers were poor tonight IMO.

Bring Super League down to 10 competitive teams, create a more thriving championship underneath with potential for growth, this will also free up the calendar to introduce Yorkshire v Lancashire or similar origin games as a trial series for England v Exiles preparing us more for international tournaments.

I understand the idea but I can't see clubs being happy to lose four home fixtures.

International RL is pretty much dead. Great Britain/England have not won a tournament since 1972. We've not beaten Australia in an Ashes series since 1970 and we've stopped even trying for that.
