Cant defend that one i'm afraid .............there are reasons to it but still not defendable, hope you all had a good laugh at our empty stadium and leaky defence !
Not getting into a debate about this again but our season tickets weren't £50, that was only for an offer in a certain area of the ground for a certain number for a certain timescale...in fact only about 500 of 6,000+ season tickets were sold this way !
How can ANY Huddersfield fan claim that the England game had an effect.
The England game kicked off at 5pm and finished at 6:55pm approximately. Any rugby fan could have got into Huddersfield and watched the game in Warehouse or Wetherspoons or anywhere else and then walked down to the game.
It was a poor crowd again yes i know a lot of people were working etc but also a lot of people simply couldn't be arsed after some poor performances and results, and after tonights pathetic showing i cant say i blame them. Agree though, monday night Englands first game etc poor scheduling but sums our support up really, always something better to do when things aren't going well
you poor buggers, semi final of the cup and in the top 5 in the league. must be tough.
exactly what im saying, that is not enough for some people, a few poor performances and they dont wanna know, they only come when the team is winning and the last few poor performances have been enough for them to not bother
No excuses from me fully,we managed it straight from work but thats because we wanted to,as i said before many others couldn't be arsed because we are crap at the moment, like daz said there is no defending it, our support was apalling tonight
the Claret And Gold Machine is ready to roll

I'll get my Reason in now. Just finished work at 11pm. I know quite a few people also working aswell. We wouldn't of had the best of crowd due to recent performance if on Saturday but still a load more than today. Why change it to Monday I'll never know as its making alot of fans very unhappy. Sky won't be bothered though
P.s won't be watching the game back!!! Well done Hull KR

What a poor excuse.
We played bradford t'other year, same day as england v germany. We brought the kick off forward and the crowd was effected, & it would've been if they'd have clashed.
The football definitely effected the crowd tonight, will KR take less away fans then that this year anywhere?

300-400 of us there last night, which is not so bad when you consider the football was on and work commitments etc etc. Journey took almost 2 hrs from Hull due to traffic. Missed the first half of the footy, but hey-ho, we saw a good performance from our boys. I can't understand why they chose us for this one when surely Bradford/Cas would have made more sense given travelling distances etc etc.

5th Giants home game on Sky, not one away game yet shown, as you say a strange choice for TV but in the end they got their story and a great performance from you lot and Dobson in particular but to be fair none of the weekend games stood out as being a logical TV choice as I'm guessing Catalans and London will never get a home game shown on a Monday.

Do Huddersfield not do the trick most other teams do of counting ST holders on the attendance whether they turn up or not then?
To be fair, it's not so much a trick as what should be done.
It's tickets issued that determines the attendance at most clubs, it's not the club's fault if people don't turn up when the seat they've been issued is then unavailable for anyone else to buy.
