He could do with having a look at one of our lesser lights, Jason Netherton.
Very much a squad player, obviously turns up to training with the right attitude and shows that although he's probably got only about half the talent of Watts he'll put his hand up and give his all when called upon.
Best game in a Rovers shirt since before his shoulder injury in 2008 last night.

He's got the talent to be one of those players that come back to haunt us in the future, but he also seems to have the temprament to end up not fulfilling his potential and ending up wasting that talent.
Personally I'd rather see the coaching staff put their energies into improving the players that want to knuckle down, play for the club and improve whatever ability they personally posess.
