Chris Hill is a fitness instructor and has been for a good few years and this has helped him make the pace of superleague look like a seamless transition

That's right Chris worked at our gym at Hindley Green, i have known him since he was about 17yrs old, he has always trained hard and now he's reaping the benefits, you have a good player and a really nice guy in Hilly.

Good luck for the season guys. :thumb:

Glad we brought him in he has excelled and we should be glad we snatched him away from huddersfield at the eleventh hour
The Wire and Tranmere Rovers you can't go wrong

He was never going to Huddersfield, they wouldn't pay the fee - you got him for a snip at that. Leigh will not stand in the way of a lad progressing to SL. We have 4 lads coming through this year who I believe can make it in a couple of years.
Our D/R agreement has benefits both ways if used correctly.

Agree with most comments about ability / potential, only negative I have is that he does seem to give away a few 'high shot' penalties. I'm sure this can be coached out of him, and after all nobody's perfect.

You are joking , if he is doing that now , it must be the influence of TS , AM and GC because he didn't do it before moving to the Wire

I have never noticed this and just checked the stats and he has only given away 5penalties. Also noticed he is 3rd in our metre chart behind Atkins and Riley.
Never get too cocky

You need a couple of cheap shots early doors anyway, lets the opposition know they're in a game
