Now now rich, you know questions like that arent allowed on here, its like the derision shown to HKR s development, when in fact, they are doing it the right way, developing income, not losing it, clubs need money, not shiny empty seats

Developing not losing income? Really? Is that what's going on at Hull KR?!

Just to avoid any confusion, Starbug is the user name of Steven Pike

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

At Fax we now play out of a decent stadium but there's a cost. The club takes the proceeds from the gate obviously but all other revenue streams (bar, food outlets, function bookings) go to the council. This is fair by the way as they paid for it all. I think Fax just take the gameday restaurant receipts.

I'm just saying, when other people pay for the stadium they're going to take the proceeds. New stadium isn't always the manna from heaven for their club that fans may think it is.

In these two new stadiums how much of the revenue they generate will the clubs see? Will the investors/council take all the income?

Cas will own it, so we will get everything. Obviously things like the food facilities may be contracted out but Cas are hoping to get enough money to own them too.

Although if the rumours currently doing the rounds are true, the only stadium Cas'll own is Wheldon Road......

Leave Mr Dog alone, he's been wrong every time in this thread

Although based on another forum, making false claims is the MO of Fev fans lately.
