Looks like the negative comments ARE noticed by the players. I hope that we can all try and keep the comments positive, As despite what people think kev obviously believes that the negative comments are an issue-or he wouldn't have written this!
Browns column is titled "let's stick together"

He states that the lads are not blaming individuals and are 100% together too. -poo pooing rumours of problems in the camp.

He writes

"But now really is the time to remain strong and for everyone with the Giants at heart to stick together - and that includes the fans as well. When the chips are down, this really is the time when your support is critical."

Spin, toeing the party line, just putting what the club wants him too blah blah blah etc etc.

My brother's mate is a friend of KB's fishmonger's dog and he said that apparently NB was responsible for 9/11 and Scott Grix is the herald of the apocalypse and is missing tackles in orderr to do his dark father's bidding.

Whether he does or not, and whether kev is saying what the club want him to say-the fact remains the GIANTS think its important that the fans stick with the lads for the better of the club. That's good enough for me-it should be good enough for any who claims to be a supporter.

Simple really what do you respond better to being called crap, rubbish and not good enough or come on lads to into them! As fans we need to try lift our players. If I was playing i know for a fact the crowd getting behind me would motivate me more to make that extra meter, tackle, run....nothing worse than being ridiculed to make that head drop! Even the few who can use the ridicule to motivate them tend to be more frustrated and have a rift with the fans.

We've got to try and lift the fans before we can lift the players. Lets hope they are reading this, take notice of Kev's request and try to make some noise down at the library next Monday.

To be fair, they made quite a bit of noise at Widnes last week especcially in the 1st 20 minutes - granted it was a barrage of abuse towards the players but at least they proved their voices do work at games.

I'm sure the usual few will be doing our best to encourage.

Giant Daz , it WILL be a FEW as well i fear , i seem to have acquired RSI of my neck after Widnes , don`t understand why .

Im not a loyal Hudds fan BUT He obviously wants to do well in his last season for you, and if he is giving his best for you on the pitch then thats all you can ask. If you get behind them it might give them a lift to do well this season regardless of Browns departure next year. Its similar to us and Mcdonnell, when it was announced he rejected a new deal some morons booed him. He has since then improved remarkably and been one of our best players. Players move clubs, its part of the game, theres no point being bitter just support them while they are still at your club (unless they are to55ing it off of course)
