Split this out. I think we've covered enough on the Finn thread

But from memory 4 people bashed me only yesterday for suggesting hat he could intact play there!

Obviously not suggesting you’re included in those!

think CHESTER is losing the plot leaving Finn in the squad and taking Jowit out

Both BJB and Hampshire offer more in attack than Jowitt at the moment. Max is really good under the high ball and kick returns but does not seem to link up well in attack yet.
I can definitely see why Chester wiuld go for a more attack minded FB at the moment. Much more like fir like in Grix's absence

He lost the plot in my opinion as i said last week changes when not needed. Jowitt should be given a run of games at fb as hampshire should at sh not just the odd game here and there also why let baldwinson go on loan but keep playing hirst

With Finn in the squad after a shocking game last week and poor most of the season and Jowitt out.The message from the coach is I DO NOT CARE how BAD FINN PLAYS if Jowitt or another young player comes in to the first team and does not play the perfect game they are out.You can see what kind of pressure their under

It`s funny a lot of fans keep banging on about Jowitt because in pre season I remember Chester stating that Luke Hooley had come straight into the first team squad and was "Training the house down" and ready to stake a claim for the fullback role, snapping at Grix`s heels.

It seems really quite obvious to me that Chester does not think Jowitt is good enough to be our starting first choice fullback... Yet when Trinity18 mentioned him not been good enough there was a witch hunt out for him.

Other players were smashing it in pre season and pre season friendly’s and were talked up and then not played , but never mind eh, you keep listening to the people that make the big decisions :thumb:
