We are half way through Week 2 of our initial 4 week strength block, the players should be experiencing acute muscle soreness and fatigue, specifically around the glutes, hamstrings and quads I would suggest. This will be a very real shock to the body for some individuals, but great feedback received thus far. Our programmes are science based and cutting edge in my opinion. I was asked this week how I thought our programming would compare to the professionals, well we have done our homework I cam tell you that much. I would challenge any S&C Coach in the game to apply a better system for preparation.
