Correct. Coached Hull,Leeds, Bradford and North Sydney Bears in 69/70. He was a friend of my dad who worked for him in Hull. I became a fan when he came to Hull from Warrington in the late 40's to captain the side before quickly moving on to captain coach and ultimately team coach. I met up with him again when he was at Norths. A truly wonderful guy.

I still believe Edwards will come but it wouldn’t surprise me at all if no contract has been signed yet, and he’s probably keeping his options open still like he says which is a tad worrying
