I don't have a copy with me sorry but it says that he has bought a 25% stake with a view of full ownership and would relocate their franchise to Boston or Phildelphia for next season. The man certainly has a mission. Easy peasy to relocate a club and big potential. Skolars have a great junior set up which would be viable for TWP. https://pocketmags.com/league-weekly-magazine

What has a "thriving youth system" got to do with anything, as soon as he moves the first team over the pond that youth system is non existant as there is no player pathway to the first team. Very strange

He would have to give up the majority of his stake in TWP to do that as you can only have a 25% or more stake in one club.

So Argyle might buy 25% of shares in London Skolars, he can't even move them 'down the river', never mind abroad.
