Reported in League Weekly. I don't have a copy with me sorry but it says that he has bought a 25% stake with a view of full ownership and would relocate their franchise to Boston or Phildelphia for next season.
The man certainly has a mission. Easy peasy to relocate a club and big potential.

Skolars have a great junior set up which would be viable for TWP.

What has a "thriving youth system" got to do with anything, as soon as he moves the first team over the pond that youth system is non existant as there is no player pathway to the first team. Very strange

He would have to give up the majority of his stake in TWP to do that as you can only have a 25% or more stake in one club.

It is indeed fascinating. So don't be sarcastic.

The question is: Boston or Philadelphia? Which city best serves the interests of rugby league in the USA? And does the project assume a separate New York team?

These are questions that I would like answered.
Toulouse for Championship in 2017, Super League in 2019!

Avignon for Championship in 2020, Super League in 2021!

Is London Skolars a franchise and is he planning to relocate all of the "junior" players that are currently on The Skolars books ??
Please explain.

So Argyle might buy 25% of shares in London Skolars, he can't even move them 'down the river', never mind abroad.
