The last 8 games we have conceded an average of 23 points per game. Winning only 4 games.

Form is temporary.

You go on good, average and bad runs of form.

We are an okay side, nowt special, we had a good run of form where I think we played above the quality we are for a while and now we are going through a run of form at our real level.

I thought of the 17s on show last night we had an inferior side to Catalans, they had bigger faster and more creative players than we do. They just had an abysmal start to the season. And Castleford have had injury problems. If those two sides have seasons at the level they should have with everyone fit, we don’t finish in the top 4.

After playing "lesser teams" through the mid part of the season we've now had to play decent teams and we're getting shown up. we have no half who will grab the game by the scruff of the neck and drag us out the poop. Whether you like to admit it or not, had Sandow been in our team last night we'd have won that.

Though it would be nice to win every week, our current form says a lot about us.

However, no point in peaking, now.
Wait until mid September onwards. Just ask Leeds teams for the last decade

Well,in reality, with a reliable goalkicker ,we could/should have beaten Cas & Wigan ,which would probably have put us second in the table.
