Giants v Wigan : Mon Jun 18, 2018 9:11 pm  

When did this change to Thursday? It is on the fixture card as Friday 13th but just noticed that it's Thursday 12th on Giants website. Getting seriously hacked off with Thursday night rugby, main reason I got a season ticket was because of the promise of "Friday night is Giants night". Can't even use the excuse that the football club has made us change dates.

It was announced last year a week after fixtures came out that this had changed. Suspect it’s because of the concert on sun.

I remember now Jools but still annoying that we've another Thursday night with a tiny crowd coming up just when we are taking strides to increase our support base. 3 home games left with 2 on Thursday night and 1 on Sunday, it'll be interesting to see the viewing figures on that one.

Isn’t it Wigan and hull on the Thursday and wakey on a Friday? Or have I missed a change?

Terms and conditions: The club may , without notice change the day of home fixtures from Friday to any other day of the week if:
It clashes with the wendyball
Sky decide they want it played on a different night
There is a concert planned at the stadium
The groundsman got out of bed late
Looks like rain
It clashes with something good on telly
Any other valid or indeed invalid reason
