the point is how many punches were thrown on the floor earlier on from and how much did he have to take off the 2 wire players before he threw that punch

I didn’t see the first part of the game but Dixon looked to throw a punch as he dropped down in the tackle before he threw the punch that got him sent off. The rest of the game they were to be quite honest, extremely foolhardy with their approach, and got what they deserved for that.

Let's just face facts; TWP think are the the billy big bo11ocks of the game and are something special - they are NOT and I for one am glad they were well and truly knocked off their phony perch.

Well, I'm now watching Toulouse v Toronto being played at an almost empty and quiet St James Park with ZERO Toulouse/Toronto fans. How can anyone argue these 2 foreign teams are good for BRITISH Rugby League?

And if they get promoted then next season we could have the bizarre situation where half of a weekend's BRITISH Super League fixtures are played abroad with just THREE top flight matches being played in this country, and if those 3 fixtures are at the likes of Widnes/Salford/Huddersfield then the aggregate BRITISH attendance could struggle to top 10 thousand - embarrassing! Expansion? Don't make me laugh. Totally bonkers.

If those two get promoted then two of Hudds, Salford or Widnes probably won’t be there, with possibly Catalans as the other team fighting out the 8’s.

You're missing the point, Norman. Substitute Hudds/Salford/Widnes with another 2 poorly supported SL clubs such as Wakey or Hull KR, or even Cas whose support is starting to drop off, and you could have "Super League's" aggregate BRITISH (English even!) attendance for a weekend's fixtures struggling to reach 10 to 15 thousand - how bad is that? Having foreign clubs in the domestic competition is detrimental to the sport in this country, and is actually causing more harm than good.

And still watching the magic weekend ...................... the crowd appears to be made up entirely of Wigan and Warrington fans and fans for the impending Leeds -v- Cas match so what's the point in trekking up there? Same will happen next week, but at least it's a good excuse for a booze up in 'Pool, despite it being a dump.

For Christ's sake, it's like talking to a brick wall. Why aren't you getting it? Why are you comparing Fax's support with Wakey or Hull KR? My point is that having 3 foreign clubs in Super League is taking away British based fans attending Rugby League matches. So having 15 thousand foreign fans attending Toronto/Toulouse/Catalans matches in a SL weekend is better than the equivalent "missing" British based fans? How can that be benefitting RL in this country?

Good points and as I have said before the responsibility of the RFL is to this to look after rugby league in this country first, second and last.

Expanding the game is all well and good but to do it overseas is not in their remit, especially when it involves shrinking the game on these shores.

These days they just sell themselves to the highest bidder.
